Yeee – at the end of 2022, we Londoners can proudly say that we have Bath and Body Works in London UK! The much-awaited shop has been ravishing us from afar; ever since I was living in Paris, I was getting my Bath and Body Works candles and body mists imported from the USA.
And when I moved to East London, although I thought we would have a Bath and Body Works in London, I was so disappointed to see that in fact, it would be just as tricky to get my favorite body mists.
But this is over – it’s been a few months (after summer 2022, I believe) that Next has been offering the Bath and Body Works candles, body mists, body lotions, shower gels, and much, much more.
Yes, there are lots of candle shops in London indeed, but I know for a fact that the Bath and Body Works candles are something else, having tried a lot of them.
A few days ago, I went to the Westfield Shopping Centre in White City, in West London near Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush (where you can also find some really good budget shops like Poundland and the delicious restaurant Aroma Buffet), and I finally put my feet in the first Bath and Body Works in London.
Until then, there was no Bath and Body Works in the UK, and while we are now lucky to have a few products in the Next shop on the first floor of the Westfield Shopping Centre, I think we still have to wait sometime before we ever see a real, flagship Bath and Body Works in London.
Bath and Body Works in London UK at Next Westfield
In any case, while I was at the Westfield Shopping Centre, I decided to take a few pictures of the first Bath and Body Works in London – that way, you can see everything that was available in terms of scented candles, body mists, body lotions, and shower gels.
There wasn’t much, to be honest – the scented candle lover in me wishes there had been much, much more – but it’s a great start. And even if I have to go to one of the shopping centers in London that are really far from where I live now, in Tottenham, the mere fact that we actually have some Bath and Body Works in London gets me super excited when I think about it.
Bath and Body Works in London at Westfield: Scented Candles
I was really excited to see the Bath and Body Works candles in the London shop, to see whether or not we had been blessed with lots of scented candles. To be honest, I was a wee bit disappointed.
Of course, the Bath and Body Works stand in the Next shop in Westfield is on the smaller side – and you can get many more scented candles, body mists and quite any Bath and Body Works fragrance on the Next website.
I found a few one-wick aromatherapy candles, as well as a few of the most famous Bath and Body Works candles in the three-wick format:
- Peach Bellini
- Mahogany Teakwood
- Mahogany Teakwood Intense
- Black Cherry Merlot
- Warm Vanilla Sugar
- Japanese Cherry Blossom
Each of the three-wick Bath and Body Works candles at Next retails for £29.50, and the one-wick candles retail for £18. I didn’t see any Bath and Body Works candle sale at Next when I went to the shop, nor on the website.
However, on the website, you can find some of the most famous and most recent Bath and Body Works Christmas candles, like ‘Tis the Season or Vanilla Bean Noel, as well as the uber-famous Rose Water & Ivy, and one of the best ocean scented candles of all times, Ocean Driftwood.
Bath and Body Works in London at Westfield: Body Mists, Body Creams…
When you enter the kind of cube that makes up the bulk of this Bath and Body Works in London, you’ll see a few of the most famous collections of the American fragrance brand:
- Into the Stars
- A Thousand Wishes
- Japanese Cherry Blossom
- Warm Vanilla Sugar
Like in the USA, in the Bath and Body Works shop in London at Westfield, you have sales on body products. The only items that don’t have sales going on are the scented candles, other than that, you can get any body lotion, shower gel, body cream, and body mists for cheaper.
The sale I saw when I was in the store was a 4 for 2; you pay for two products and leave with 4. Honestly, had I seen the kind of weird fragrance I love, like chocolate scents, or coffee scents, I would definitely have left with them – especially when just one Bath and Body Works body mist retails for £16.
I found that most of the women’s fragrances at Bath and Body Works in London were really classic. Obviously, there’s not much space in the Next store, and that’s even better as I’d probably have massacred my budget, which I’ve spent mostly on Asda candles and Christmas candles at this point.
However, I do want to say that I had never bought the A Thousand Wishes body mist before, and that’s probably one of the Bath and Body Works products I’ll go back to Westfield for, along with the Rose body lotion.
Bath and Body Works in London at Westfield: Men’s Collection
One of my favorite things about going to Bath and Body Works in London was the Men’s collection – while it was definitely small, I did find some of the most famous scents. I’m known for loving strong, masculine scents, like tobacco scented candles.
Actually, my favorite Bath and Body Works Body Mist is the Mahogany Teakwood fragrance, which I’ve worn for years before moving abroad.
Here are the scents I found in the Men’s Collection:
There were a lot of people in front of the racks, and I didn’t get to smell these, unfortunately (the fact that I was able to snap a few pictures without being told off is already a miracle).

Bath and Body Works in London at Westfield: Christmas Collection
Again, I was a little disappointed in the Bath and Body Works Christmas collection, I’ll be straightforward. There were only two scents available, and no Christmas candle scents?! How is this even possible?
The two scents I found are some of the most famous Bath and Body Works Christmas scents:
- Winter Candy Apple
- Vanilla Bean Noel
These fragrances were available in three formats; shower gel, body lotion, and body cream. I found one Frosted Coconut Snowball body mist (which you can see in the picture above), but it was just a tester and all the stocks were out, as I was told by the sales assistant.
And while these are the Christmas products, the 4 for 2 sale was also running for these body items and they weren’t priced higher.
Bath and Body Works in London UK at Next Westfield
There you have it, my little review of our first Bath and Body Works in London! Believe me when I say there are so many more scented candles, body mists, and other body products on the Next website – there are over 140 candles there when I found only a handful at the Next shop in Westfield!
One thing’s for sure, as soon as Next starts releasing more Bath and Body Works products in Westfield, I’ll start shopping for real. Can’t wait till the flagship on Oxford Street starts carrying the range as well!
Until next time!

One of my absolute favorite Bed Bath and Beyond alternatives is Dunelm. This is the most similar to Bed Bath and Beyond and sells furniture, towels, curtains, garbage cans, storage containers and more.
So, most Brits prefer a functional shower instead of a bath. But of course, there are many die-hard bath fans who still prefer a good long soak.
